This past weekend I decided to go check out the body building competition that was going on in my home town.  I had thought about going so many years prior to this, but never found the chance to do it.  This year I made it a goal to check it out.  I must be honest in saying that I wasn’t sure what to expect.  However after seeing the bare muscle elegance I can imagine that i will continue to go year after year.  And maybe even one year I can work my way up to one of the smaller competitions.  Maybe that’s too high of a goal.

I am considering using a training collar to teach my dog boundaries. I need to be able to keep her off leash, but she runs off if I let her off the leash.
