Pet mover needed in Texas court case?

Did you hear about the Texas dog kidnap/ If there ever was a case for a pet mover this must be it!A neighbor was planning a vacation, so they asked the person next door to look after their Shih Tzu dog. So far so good. But when the neighbor returned, and it was time to take the dog back, the dog-sitter refused! They had become attached to their new responsibility. The case went to court and the real owner, not the kidnapper, was found to be the lawful owner and the Shih Tzu was to be returned. How would you want a pet returned in those acrimonious circumstances? Its not something the two neighbors could do over the fence, I wouldn’t think. It would need a court-appointed pet mover. Surely? An independent person with experience of shifting dogs, even if it is just a yard across the fence. Someone who would make sure the dog was not harmed in transit and could make the pet feel secure during the move.
