Well, they have been saying it for years but I guess there really was a bubble after all and that bubble finally did bust. What I find amazing about this is that the areas that probably inflated the bubble to begin with are still relatively alright but every other market has taken a hit.  The government should have put a cap on those outrageous markets to begin with instead of trying to bail them out now. With that being said, I am glad that the Daytona Beach Homes that I have invested in over the years have still become a great asset to my portfolio and with the help of my seasoned realtor, we are still in good shape.
