Expect training materials with your new medical software
One important question while completing medical software reviews is whether or not the software vendor will provide a training manual or video once you have purchased the software. While having a demo or trial period is a good service, it is also important to have something available to reference later. You will not encounter every scenario at once. Certainly, you may not use every feature. Also, the new software will function properly in the beginning, but you may have software compatibility issues with future updates. Even more beneficial is whether or not the vendor will provide a few hours of training for you and your staff.
