For years I have been procrastinating getting my credit score because I thought it was a big ordeal and that it would be difficult to understand once I had it. Well I guess it was a bit more difficult before the Internet because you had to request it by mail but I just got mine online and it was a breeze. To get my free credit report I did a Google search and found www.free–creditreports.com filled in a bit of information hit submit and boom there was my credit history right in front of me. Also the info on the report is actually very easy to understand.
