Typesetting and Prepress Equipment

Early typesetting machines had little to no graphic capabilities and this limited what could be done. On top of limitations, they were awkward machines that took a lot of time and effort to operate and even then, the type and graphics were produced separately, then brought together later in the process, taking up precious time. Now, in the digital age, typesetting is a much simpler process to layout, produce and complete. With the right prepress equipment, typesetting can be easy and you can make anything including pamphlets, menus, newsletters, DVD/CD designs, product designs, and the possibilities go on and on.
