Man Enough Organization

I am the manager of a large department in an office building, and I like to reward my employees for a job well done. I decided to implement a casual Friday atmosphere, but I told them that we would need to all wear the same kind of shirts. I found a company that designed Wholesale T Shirts, and I was able to get a shirt for everyone in the department. Now everyone looks forward to Friday, and it’s good to see people getting more enthusiastic about their jobs. They don’t know it yet, but next week I’m treating everyone to pizza for lunch. They are a great group of people to work with.
