The best way to start attacking anxiety and depression is to tell yourself that you want help. Once you tell yourself that you want to get better then the next step will be to contact a psychologist or your family doctor. One of the doctors will tell you what you need to do to start battling anxiety and depression. Most doctors will start you out with some form of counseling, either private or group therapy. If your situation is bad enough, then they will prescribe some medication that will help you while you’re trying to get better. It is a long battle, but once you get there you will feel more like yourself.
