Gaining Lean Muscle Weight Is Critical To Better Health.
In my never-ending quest to gain as much muscle weight gain as possible, I’m always reading and researching new methods to train and get stronger.
When I first started my semi-body-building training, I had limited knowledge of what the body did with various types of proteins and carbohydrates and how they all related to building muscle.
But now that I have a better understanding of how my body reacts to specific training methods, my recovery and gains have gotten much better.
My aspirations to be a champion body builder have changed to simply being in as good as shape as possible.
My body in the long run will thank me.
