I Have Difficulty Sleeping

If I were to have trouble getting off to sleep then I would more that likely just get out of bed and carry on as though it were day. .I maybe would do a little surfing and have a cup of tea, and maybe have a biscuit. I might put the television on, but there no way I would just lie in bed waiting to fall asleep. That is when all of my worries start to grow.  Difficulty sleeping is one thing that a lot of people have to deal with.
