Overcoming Insomnia

I am writing this at 12.55 am. I have been in bed trying to sleep for 90 minutes. Its so boring just lying there listening to my heart beating..it seems rather too loud and fast too.

So I got up to make a cup of drinking chocolate and I found some dates in th cupboard which I am gradually chomping my way through. That will upset me in the morning as like 70% of women I am trying to lose weight.

More exercise is the key to sleeping well and I haven’t done much of that lately. I need to put it first and after that, daily meditation. These things do help overcome insomnia and I should do them. Goodnight…
