One way to know if the product is indeed effective is by looking at product reviews. These reviews must come from legitimate, trusted people or companies who have indeed tried and tested the product. For all you know, you are just reading the manufacturer’s own Product Reviews which is obviously bias in that sense. You should read product reviews only from real people who have experienced the product. This may be hard to filter considering the several sites nowadays making these reviews, but with a little patience, I am pretty sure you will find one legitimate and trusted product review.
