I am in need of an inexpensive place to buy Italian cheeses. Our girl scout service unit has decided to do an ethnic Thinking Day. Each troop will be selecting a country to represent and make a display for. As the girls walk from table to table they will sample food from each country, check out the displays and play a game specific to that country. Our troop picked Italy so we will be serving Italian cheeses to each girl scout. Finding this food has been more difficult than I thought. My next step is to try the Internet. Hopefully I can inexpensive cheeses there.
