One of the most romantic things to say is ‘I love you’, but really said as if you mean it while looking them in the eyes. Too often we use that phrase really as a term of affection rather than love, we say it too quickly in a relationship without thinking about what it really means, and then we use it too often so it loses its power. Try not saying it all day, then take your partner out for dinner in the evening, enjoy the  meal and afterwards as you both enjoy a coffee and share happy memories then reach across and take their hands in yours, look them in the eyes and tell them how much you love them!
