I am happy Barack Obama is president.  I voted for the first time for the first black president.  It is exciting and interesting.  For once something new.  I hope he lives up to his word and can change the country for the best.  We are in hard times and if anyone can do I think Mr. Obama as president could do it.  I noticed a lot of Obama Posters in the street and it seems like most are excited or bitter over the fact he won.  I view it as history, and that makes it exciting for me.  He is the first black president and I saw it.  I view this as like seeing MLK or JFK speak.  It’s historic, I will tell my kids about it.  Obama will have to surround himself with the right people and if he does he should do fantastic.  He is smart, but does lack experience, but being smart is much more important I feel.
