Need to Hire Someone in California to Manage My Investment Property
I own a three family house in California. I have been managing it myself – renting the units, doing or hiring out the maintenance, rent collections, etc. I live in the area so it has not been too hard. However, my job is transferring me to the East Coast. I need to start looking for Property Management Companies San Jose. I want to hire a company that I trust will do as good a job managing my properties as I do. I have started looking on the Internet to see what companies are out there and then I will start making phone calls.
