Policies and Procedures are always important whereever you go.  It creates order to an otherwise chaotic community.  So there is the Whistleblower Policy to protect those who whistles or tells confidential information that could otherwise be life threatening to the one who does it and to the family even friends. I have watched countless movies on the danger on the life of the one who tells on high profiled people especially the government.  So having a whistleblower policy helps the whistleblowers.  I hope people support this policy.
