Surprised
He was surprised. He was required to go through maintenance training again and when he walked in the room the teacher was a beautiful woman. And when she opened her mouth to teach, she really knew her stuff. She was able to teach in a way that was easy to understand and remember. She seemed to have real passion for her line of work and shared a part of it with whoever she was teaching. He would never have guessed by looking at her that this would have been her passion. He was surprised to find that she shared his same interest.
