Trump Plaza Jersey City is the latest and greatest condo highrise in jersey city. It is over 50 stories tall and is located very close to the water in the Power House Arts District (PAD) of Jersey City. This building is being bult by Toll Brothers, who are one of the largest builders in the country. Though the tower is nearly complete, it is still yet to sell out. There was a huge surge of sales at the start of the construction, but like most other proects in the area, the last bit of units has proven very difficult to sell.
