Background Checks Saved My Rental Business
I wonder how you do background checks on line. I have rental property and I am always needing to check out the people who come looking for a place. I have been burnt so many times it is not funny. References are no good, of course the old landlord is going to give them a good report. They want them out of their place! If they say they are deadbeats, they will stay forever. With a background check I can make sure that the people that rent my houses are responsible, law abiding citizens. And if they have ever been sued by a past landlord!
