YuriNo problem at all.”Hill runner 1 is tough – I’ve never done more than about 30mins on a treadmill workouts as its so boring but with the hill runner I’m managing 64 minutes – Warm up, hill challenge 1 and 2, first part of hill challenge 3 and then the cool down. Its intense!!”Hope this helps – no pic attached as I have some way to go in loosing the spare tyre around my waist but its a start. Currently doing the hill runner 2x per week with some other cardio sessions as well and trying to keep of the weight machines in the gym.Cheers again Yuri,
