Then you head out and walk to the public bus station that is next to the gas station and the grocery store and filled with people trying to get you to ride their bus even if it’s not going where you want to go.  The bus is hot and stuffy and you will inevitable sit next to someone with a bucket of stinky fish on their laps but it is okay because you are doing it to empower the children and help them receive medical care and Feed the Poor Nicaragua children and have proper nutrition which otherwise they would not receive at all.
